Omega Phi Chi Multicultural Sorority, Inc. firmly believes in supporting all members within the organization so that each woman not only achieves her full potential, but excels academically, socially, and spiritually. Omega Weekend is 4 days full of exciting events, workshops, dinners, gatherings, and sister bonding. It includes our Annual Sister Conference, which is geared towards the needs of our membership. The conference provides workshops of varying subject matter of interest to our organization, as well as semiars that provide the essential tools needed to be Omega Women to be successful in any arena.
